Dubbed as the First Millennial Mall in the Philippines due to its free-spirited, wired and socially active tag, Ayala Malls Vertis North brings a new shopping and dining hotspot to Quezon City. The mall is an anchor establishment within the Vertis North estate.
It will be the second shopping Mall inside Vertis North, the estate located at Triangle Park, which is a part of the emerging central business district in Quezon City. The first one is TriNoma. Ayala Malls Vertis North opened on June 9, 2017. Below is a partial list of shops and restaurants at the mall.
The mall will house over 200 brands and establishments covering a variety of options for residents and office workers with different tastes and lifestyles targeting consumers by complementing what TriNoma has to offer.
Ayala Malls Vertis North is the fourth biggest shopping mall in Quezon City, next to TriNoma, UP Town Center, and Fairview Terraces.
The mall complex has four clusters at varying levels namely Southeast, North, Green Strip, and dedicated zones in one cluster known as Main Anchors and Junior Anchors. Three of the four clusters will serve as the podium of the newest corporate office, the 22-story Vertis North Corporate Center.
Ayala Malls Vertis North is divided into four clusters although the two most distinct are K-Town (Korean) at the second level and Japan Town at the fourth level. Below are some of the anchor shops in Vertis North mall.
Rowena Tomeldan, Head of Ayala Malls, said, “it is a place of ultimate leisure and entertainment that fuses advanced technology with art and passion to create a series of exciting innovations.”
Ayala Malls Vertis North also showcases a one-of-a-kind movie viewing experience, featuring the first and largest theater screen in the Philippines.
The 400-seater state-of-the-art cinema with a balcony containing 24 recliner – A-Luxe – seats can also be used for an exclusive group screening. The cinema will bring film viewing experience to new heights as it houses the largest movie screens – A-Giant screens – in the country. They come with two private skyboxes.
Giving the mall its unique charm is the central garden, or simply The Garden, traversing the entire area between the four retail clusters.
Apart, the mall will introduce unique shopping concepts known as the Korea Town and Japan Town. These anchors will bring in the best of the two countries to the young Filipino consumers in one distinct area.
Other concepts will include Urban Turf and UFC Gym for the health conscious.
At the center is an Activity Center that should be the next important venue for exhibits, concerts, and lifestyle classes; and a garden that gives the mall an al fresco feel and “outside-in” ambiance. The Garden is exceptionally-designed with water features for the target market to love.
Since it will be fused with art and passion, Ayala Malls Vertis North will have an Art Park in the future. Consistent with Ayala Land’s legacy of mall features, there would be lots of greeneries – pocket gardens, open spaces, etc.
Indeed, Ayala Malls Vertis North will have something for every sub-segment of the young market segment. The mall is located right across the Seda Hotel.
Ayala Malls Vertis North is flanked by major road networks such as EDSA, North Avenue and Quezon Avenue. So exploring the shops in Vertis North should not be a problem for the mallgoers.
Below is the Vertis North mall directory. K-Town shops and restaurants are located at the second level while the Japan Town is found at the fourth level. Hip fashion brands are scattered on the ground to the fourth levels.
